The website provides free information about the company and products, guides and documents for viewing and download. No account is required. This version has no basket, payments or facility to place orders through the website. Any purchase terms are agreed separately with the office or on the service where the purchase is made.
3. Requirements and use
An internet connection and a current browser supporting HTML and CSS are required. PDF files can be opened in a browser or PDF reader. Document page previews are also available as images. The website does not require JavaScript.
Use begins when the user opens a page or document at their request and ends when they stop using it. There is no website access charge; connection costs depend on the user's agreement with their internet provider.
Do not provide unlawful content, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorised access. For safe use, we recommend updating your browser and operating system and checking the website address before opening documents.
4. Product descriptions, sizes and documents
The sizes shown describe the model range or variants from previously confirmed offers. They do not indicate current stock. Our office confirms price, size, quantity, packaging and delivery date.
Match documentation to the model, variant and batch markings on the packaging. A document's scope may be narrower than the model's size range. Short descriptions do not replace the manufacturer's instructions or selection of protection for workplace hazards. If a document is missing or inconsistent, contact our office before using the product.
You may save the available documents to read them and use the product. Rights to trademarks, images and documents belong to their respective owners; further use is subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit your statutory rights.
5. Reporting problems and service complaints
Report website or document access problems by email to biuro@rem-mar.eu or by post to the contact address. Include a description of the problem, the page address or filename and how we can reply. We will review and respond within 14 days of receipt.
